As an experienced coach I have worked with many clients over the years. And in order to get them to take action, to do what is needed for them to grow and evolve to a new level, I must be able to get them to act. My 4 Week Programme Summary
Session 1. The Foundations of Influence
Week 1 – 2.5 hours: Learn all about influence, how it works, why it works, how to recognise it being used by others, and more importantly how you can use it. There are core principles of influence being utilised around you all the time, this first week will open you up to see it.
Session 2. Powerful Persuasion Techniques
Week 2 – 2.5 hours: Now for persuasion, did you know that persuasion works differently to influence. They are both separate approaches in getting others to act, and incredibly effective when combined. I will show you the differences in each strategy and their appropriate application. We will also begin discussions on combining the two for extra power.
Session 3. Artful Negotiation
Week 3 – 2.5 hours: Life is negotiation and we are negotiating all the time. My idea of a successful negotiation is when both parties involved are happy with the outcome. I could not run a programme like this without adding this core element. You will use these techniques to get yourself and others a better deal. Work or personal, you cannot operate at your best achieving mutually beneficial results without understanding the art of negotiation.
Session 4. Real World Application
Week 4 – 2.5 hours: Now the fun part, real life application. Through a series of role plays and strategies you will begin adding these new found skills into actual real world scenarios. The best way of learning is through doing and this is what session 4 is all about. I will be demonstrating my skills sets while also giving you feedback on yours. This last session is the perfect way to wrap up this programme. You will walk out excited with your newly discovered ability. Think of what you can do going forward.
